Caring for others

Join us this spring as we prepare for our annual Easter Basket Challenge. Details on how to donate and get involved are provided below.

Easter Basket Challenge

Sunday, March 1st to Sunday, March 23rd

The Rock is collecting Easter basket items to provide at least 55 children (ages 2–6) with individual baskets through the Family Care Connection (a UPMC affiliate).

Help us bring joy to these young hearts this Easter season by helping to fill the baskets. Suggested items:

⬥ Easter grass
⬥ Individually wrapped candy
⬥ Chocolate Easter bunnies
⬥ Small toys (cars, dolls)
⬥ Small games and/or puzzles
⬥ Chalk

⬥ Bubbles
⬥ Coloring books and crayons

OR if you prefer, you may take a basket(s) to fill (located at the back of the chapel). They are marked with boy or girl and the age of the child. All baskets and donation items should be dropped off at the Divine Redeemer Motherhouse no later than Sunday, March 22nd.

Let’s fill these baskets—and these children’s hearts—with joy.
